Where Are You Located?

The My Sweet Heaven Dessert Studio is located at 10480 Grant RD in Houston, TX. Our studio is open by appointment only for pre-order pick-ups, private tastings, dessert table and favor consultations. We do NOT have a traditional walk-up/store front bakery. We do not have baked goods to purchase on hand, as our concept is CUSTOM design with all of our cakes, desserts & sweets. We stand by our QUALITY TASTE & FRESHEST INGREDIENTS for our bake-to-order concept. We are a registered cottage bakery incorporated in the State of Texas, licensed Food Handlers, and we are fully insured.

Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes. Cake tastings are available for events with a confirmed guest count of 100 or more. To request a private tasting in our dessert studio, complete the inquiry form and we will contact you to schedule a tasting. (We do not offer tastings for any treats such as candy apples or rice krispie treats.)

How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Two (2) months advance notice is recommended for all custom orders. We are a bake-to-order bakery. So we do not keep products on hand or take any last minute or rush orders. Please CHECK OUR AVAILABILITY CALENDAR ON OUR WEBSITE to inquire about a particular date.

How do I place an order?
2) If your date is available, COMPLETE the Inquiry Form on our website. An email will be sent to us and we will respond within 48-hours with a price quote. Once the price quote is accepted by you, a 50% deposit is required to book/reserve your order.

How much for a custom cake?
All custom cakes are different prices because custom cakes are priced based on a number of different factors such as number of servings, cake design & buttercream vs. fondant.  Please check date availability and submit the inquiry form for pricing for a custom cake and submit inspiration photos to

Can I have my order delivered?
Absolutely. However, for smaller orders, pick-ups are more economical. Our standard delivery fee is $50 ($75 for weddings) within a 20-mile radius of our dessert studio. Greater than 20-miles will incur an additional fee. 

Will a deposit be required?
Yes.  A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is required to BOOK/RESERVE your order. Full payment is required 7 days prior to pick-up date. *IF YOUR ORDER IS LESS THAN $200.00, FULL PAYMENT IS DUE TO BOOK YOUR ORDER.*

Do you have any options for dietary restrictions?
We do not have any vegan, dairy-free, sugar free, or gluten free options at this time. We do have sugar free options for our signature Diamond Lolli's.
